We offer international shipping worldwide to most countries. Shipping service is unavailable for restricted regions due to local logistics and customs regulations.

3. Delivery Time

International delivery times are estimated and may be delayed due to customs clearance, weather conditions and logistics issues.

• Europe & North America: 7–15 business days
• Southeast Asia & Oceania: 5–12 business days
• Remote areas: 15–25 business days

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout.

• Free Shipping: Free standard shipping on all orders over $10
• Standard Shipping: Calculated by weight and destination
• Expedited Shipping: Available at customer’s cost

5. Customs & Duties

Import duties, taxes and clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for customs detention, return or disposal caused by buyer’s refusal to pay duties or incorrect recipient information.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

Order cancellation or address modification is only allowed before shipment. Once shipped, no changes or cancellations can be made.

7. Undelivered & Returned Parcels

Parcels returned due to wrong address, unclaimed status or duty refusal will be charged return and reshipping fees borne by the buyer.

8. Lost & Damaged Items

We provide full refund or free reshipment for confirmed lost parcels. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, customers must submit evidence within 48 hours after delivery to claim compensation or replacement.

9. Tracking Updates

Tracking information may be delayed for 1–3 days during peak seasons or customs clearance.
